TRANSPORTATION:
Simply put: Double check, and then check again. You don't want a bus to NO SHOW, or show up at the wrong time/location, on your watch. I always told the athletic secretary that they were the assistant AD. She always double checked my work, and I did the same. It is not about micro-managing when it is making sure you get the details correct. At the Coaches meeting, you tell the coaches it is their responsibility to look over the schedules again, as they have the most vested interest in the schedules and it is our hope that nothing gets past their final review.
