Mission

Having and understanding your own mission is the best way to champion your vision to your coaches, the athletic department and your community.  What is your mission statement?  Do you have one?

NIAAA MISSION STATEMENT
  • "The NIAAA champions the profession of athletic administration through educational opportunities, advocating ethics, developing leaders and fostering community."

WIAA MISSION STATEMENT:
  • Strengthening all students for life through participation in excellent, fair, safe, and accessible activities.

League Mission Statement (KingCo Conference)
  • "In the KingCo Conference, there are optimum educational opportunities for each individual student in all areas of  growth and development. KingCo principals will accomplish this vision  by collaborating together to ensure mutual understanding, governance, community and direction among the member schools, while maintaining high standards and integrity at each of the member schools."

Athletic Department Mission (Squalicum HS)
  • "The Squalicum High School athletic department will create and foster an environment that provides opportunities for student-athletes to enrich their high school experience through participation on athletic teams, which are competitive at the conference and state level.  We are dedicated to providing opportunities, which will enhance the intellectual, physical, social, moral and cultural development of the whole person, while conducting all activities with honesty and integrity in accordance with the principles of good sportsmanship and ethical conduct."
